About the Role
This is a Trainee position under an Apprentice Module.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned Private and PSU Bank branches.
- Conduct regular visits to maintain a high level of engagement with branch staff.
- Proactively generate insurance business through the banks customer base.
- Assist bank walk-in customers in choosing the right insurance products.
- Create and maintain effective liaising with Bank Managers and branch staff to ensure the insurance vertical remains a priority.
- Provide end-to-end support to bank employees, including lead generation, joint sales calls, closing deals, and documentation.
Training & On-Roll Opportunity
- Stipend during the training period (6 months): 15000/- Per month.
- Opportunity to get on-roll after 6 months based on performance.
- After being on-roll, the candidate's CTC will be 3 LPA, with a joining bonus, incentives, and other benefits.
