Recruitment Intern

About the Role

Weskill is looking for a motivated HR Intern to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates effectively.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
