About the Role
The Social Media Intern role at MASOLVZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Draft posts.
- Assist with basic visual content.
- Monitor engagement.
- Respond to comments or messages under guidance.
- Collect performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, schedule posts, and help execute social media campaigns.
- Gain hands-on exposure to real client projects and learn best practices in social media management and digital branding.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and current social media trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow content and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with simple design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Ongoing or completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
