About the Role
- This is an urgent hiring for the position of US IT Recruiter based in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Understanding US IT job requirements and matching suitable candidates.
- Screening resumes and assessing candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Strong sourcing and candidate coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
