About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting in various talent acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining formalities.
• Support the HR team in onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
