About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose issues and offer cost estimates to finalize transactions.
- Make necessary repairs for the customer.
- Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone.
- Collect payment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
- Prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
Training & Development
- Initial 12 weeks of paid training.
- Continual training in our plumbing school.
- Guidance through the plumber licensing process.
