About the Role
Schotest Gurgaon is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to reliable, user-focused technology initiatives in a collaborative development environment. This opportunity is suited to an early-career professional interested in building practical full-stack solutions and growing through hands-on engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Translate functional requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable software components.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, and deliver production-ready features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and software development lifecycle activities.
- Follow engineering best practices for version control, testing, security, and deployment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
- Working knowledge of frontend and backend development concepts, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teammates.
- A degree or relevant training in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Gurgaon.
Annual compensation range: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000.
