About the Role
A full-time, hybrid Security Guard role based in Noida. Occasional work-from-home tasks such as reporting and documentation where feasible.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring premises.
- Controlling access points.
- Ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets.
- Conducting regular patrols.
- Checking security systems.
- Responding to alarms or incidents.
- Maintaining detailed incident and shift reports.
- Interacting with visitors, residents, and staff in a professional manner.
- Supporting customer service at entry points.
- Coordinating with supervisors and security teams.
- Following established protocols.
- Complying with all safety and security procedures.
- Supporting emergency response efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Security and Private Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
- Personnel Security skills, with the ability to verify identities, manage visitor access, and protect confidential information.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, de-escalate conflicts, and assist clients and visitors.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, facility management environments, or related fields is an advantage.
- Relevant security certifications are a plus.
