About the Role

Brews Digital is a results-focused digital marketing agency. The Video Editor/AI role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand assets, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and performance goals.
• Assemble raw footage, refine edits, apply color grading, and add motion graphics.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create compelling visual stories.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for video editing, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for content formats.
• Continuously explore new trends and technologies in video and digital media.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
• Video Color Grading.
• Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Familiarity with AI-based video tools and workflows.
• Comfort with leading video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage.
• Professional portfolio or showreel required.
