About the Role
Investment Banking Internship - WSO Global Talent Program
This is a 10-week virtual internship offering hands-on experience and resume building. The program is offered in partnership with leading boutique investment banks in the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA. Only two students are selected per quarter for this off-cycle, ongoing program. This is an unpaid internship.
What You'll Gain

- Precedent Transactions

- Industry Research & Sourcing Strategies
- Real-World Experience (Weeks 3-10)
- Work directly on live projects with a Managing Director or Partner at a boutique investment bank partner.
- Support with:
- Pitch Book Development
- Valuation Analysis (Comps, DCFs)
- Financial Modeling
- Sourcing & Due Diligence
- Industry and Company Research
- Other critical tasks to support ongoing deals.
- Mentorship & Feedback
- Structured learning environment.
- Minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance.
