About the Role
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with an apparel background looking to get into the brand side. The ideal candidate is someone organized, self-starting, and comfortable with ambiguity — preferably a recent graduate from a fashion institution such as FIT, Parsons, or LIM who picks up quickly and does not get overwhelmed by constantly shifting priorities. This brand has landed a unique deal with Target and you will be overseeing that relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Ecommerce Content
- Coordinate the submission of user-generated content (UGC), product imagery, and copy into Target’s content pipeline.
- Assist the design team with organizing, cropping, and preparing ecommerce imagery.
- Respond to customer questions and track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate communication and deliverables between third-party marketing agencies and internal teams.
Brand & Packaging
- Coordinate ongoing updates to hangtags and labels.
- Partner with design and legal teams to develop and approve product names, marketing terminology, and related copy.
Sample Management
- Track and organize samples for photoshoots and other marketing needs.
- Support the Product Development team with sample tracking and organization.
- Coordination and packaging of PR samples sent to influencers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong follow-through.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus.
