About the Role

LYDS Legal is looking for enthusiastic and motivated legal professionals keen to build careers in General Corporate Law. We seek individuals with a strong interest in corporate and commercial legal practice, who enjoy legal research and drafting, and are eager to learn through practical exposure.

Who can apply?

• Fresh law graduates and freshers.
• Final-year law students, particularly those in their 10th semester, who are available to join an assessment internship immediately.

What are we looking for?

• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound legal research and drafting abilities.
• Ability to assist in preparing legal opinions.
• A genuine interest in General Corporate and Commercial Laws.
