Event Management Intern

About the Role

Oncare is looking for a proactive Event Management Intern to support the planning and execution of our offline events and health camps. You will work with our events team, vendors, and clients to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with plenty of on-ground exposure, suited to someone who wants to build a career in event and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating offline events and camps.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Support on-ground event execution and day-of management.
• Handle event-related arrangements and logistics.
• Engage with attendees and crowds at the venue.
• Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after each event, including follow-ups and reporting.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to travel to event locations as required.
