Intern, Global Fulfilment Ops

About the Role

Babaclick is seeking a Global Fulfilment Operations Intern for its Graduate Programme 26/27. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, requiring immediate joiners for full-time, on-site work in Gurugram. The intern will coordinate live warehouse operations with the UK Fulfilment team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with the UK team through live operational calls.
• Monitor order queues and follow up on picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch.
• Check order and shipping details carefully, identifying errors and discrepancies.
• Communicate priorities clearly and track tasks through to completion.
• Help resolve operational issues and escalate promptly when needed.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and workflow documentation.
• Work with Procurement, Customer Operations, and other teams to keep orders moving.

• Excellent spoken and written English: ability to lead operational conversations and give clear, concise instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail: ability to spot discrepancies, check work, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgement and a practical, proactive approach to solving problems.
• Dependability and ownership: ability to follow through without repeated reminders.
• Ambition to learn quickly, contribute, and earn greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates who have completed their studies are primarily intended for this programme.
• Candidates who have not yet graduated or have upcoming examinations may also apply, provided they can meet the role’s attendance and working-hour requirements.
• Must be comfortable speaking up, giving clear instructions, following through, and spotting issues.

Role Details

• Programme: Babaclick Graduate Programme 2026/2027
• Duration: Three-month internship
• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
• Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram — full-time, on-site
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. IST (aligned with UK operations)
• Saturday working: may be required depending on operational needs
• Probationary Period: Two weeks
• Start Date: Immediate

Progression & PPO

A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time Fulfilment Operations Analyst role may be offered based on progress, performance, and evaluation during the internship. A PPO is not guaranteed; progression depends on consistent accuracy, strong communication, ownership, and readiness for greater responsibility.
