About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Office Location: JobShop India's Largest BPO Recruitment, Hennur Main Road
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Call candidates to explain job openings and understand their interests.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, and eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview appointments.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, and selection status.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Explain job details such as salary, location, shift timings, transport facilities, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil hiring requirements within deadlines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
