About the Role

The Hoxton, Bengaluru City is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia and is seeking a Hostess to join its dynamic team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the launch of a new lifestyle brand in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate billing.
• Collaborate with teams to support restaurant operations and assist with individual and group bookings.
• Answer phones, process requests, and provide recommendations.
• Take reservations via phone.
• Process cash and card payments.
• Assist the floor team as needed.
• Master and utilize the online reservation system, ensuring all necessary information is added to reservations.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide solutions to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, including food, drink, events, and accommodation.
• A desire to have a positive impact on guests and leave them with a memorable experience.

• Openness to new ideas and trying different approaches.

• Previous experience in a busy front-of-house role.
