Healthcare Specialist

About the Role

The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for providing direct support in clinical and emergency care settings. The work environment emphasizes professional growth, ongoing training, and adherence to high standards of safety and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs.
• Assisting with medical procedures within the scope of training.
• Coordinating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Documenting patient information accurately.
• Monitoring vital signs where applicable.
• Following established protocols to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Participating in training and educational activities.
• Helping implement care plans.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members to support understanding and adherence to treatment recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• EMT-related skills and practical experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective patient interaction.
• Foundational Medicine and Healthcare knowledge relevant to clinical and patient-care environments.
• Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn and apply new protocols and participate in staff and patient education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, follow instructions, and adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or degree in healthcare, nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) or advanced life support (ACLS) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or emergency medical services is beneficial but not mandatory.
