About the Role
Kleen-Tech Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities. This role is for the "People's Building."
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers
- Restock restroom supplies
- Dust surfaces, vents, windowsills, and light fixtures
- Clean windows, glass, doors, walls, and baseboards
- Clean and polish metal surfaces
- Wipe down countertops, tables, chairs, and appliances
- Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
- Maintain building cleanliness and appearance throughout assigned areas
