About the Role
Looking for a caring, quick-thinking Chat Customer Service Representative to help customers resolve issues through written channels and turn an average experience into an exceptional one.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer queries via chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging.
- Resolve issues using clear, accurate, and empathetic written communication.
- Guide customers on products and get them answers quickly.
- Work with your Team Lead to meet quality and team goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Great written English, including grammar and spelling.
- Comfortable with computers and typing.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
- 1+ year of customer service experience (freshers welcome).
