About the Role
Order Replenishment Merchandisers at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages ensure iconic brands are consistently available to customers. This role is for individuals interested in merchandising popular beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
- Execute Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
- Determine product needs to place orders for existing sales routes
- Communicate daily, resolve problems, and follow up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver's License
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend over, and reach above head height
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is preferred.
