About the Role
Let’s Set Destinations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive - Internship for an on-site position in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations, candidate experience management, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end hiring activities.
- Source candidates.
- Screen resumes.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Assist with IT recruitment efforts.
- Engage with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare job postings.
- Help improve recruitment processes.

- Hiring and recruiting for various roles.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Employer Branding skills to support talent attraction efforts.
- IT Recruitment skills to help fill technology-focused positions.

Qualifications
