Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Maintain and update financial records, reports and spreadsheets
- Handle data entry, reconciliation and invoice-related activities
- Prepare regular MIS and finance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Assist with expense tracking and verification
- Perform basic financial analysis and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and finance records
- Support the finance team with audits and other operational activities
Requirements
- M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
