Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 CTC per month

In-Hand Salary:

• Freshers: Approx. ₹23,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Approx. ₹29,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with experience in International Voice Process are preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment, if required.
