About the Role
Join Filo EdTech as an Associate – Partnership Operations Intern in Gurugram. This full-time, work-from-office role involves making a difference in students' lives by making quality education accessible.
- Location: Gurugram
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Working Days & Timings: Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 7 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students, parents, and School Authorities (Headmasters) over phone calls.
- Explain the Filo app and its benefits.
- Guide students through the registration and app usage process.
- Encourage app adoption and resolve basic student queries.
- Support educational initiatives across different states.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Freshers are welcome) or currently pursuing a degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Great interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with students.
- Passionate about education and student engagement.
- Experience with using MS Excel.
- Comfortable with minimum & achievable targets.
