Community Lead Internship in Bangalore

About the Role

As a Community Operations Intern at Openhouse, you will support the day-to-day operations of our extracurricular programs within apartment communities. This is a hands-on, on-site internship offering practical exposure to education, community management, operations, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Teacher Support: Coordinate with teachers to ensure classes run smoothly, materials are ready, and children have a positive learning experience.
• Parent Communication: Interact with parents, address queries, share class schedules and updates, and support new parent onboarding.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with families within the apartment community and introduce Openhouse programs to prospective parents.
• Enrolments & Growth: Support student enrolments, follow up with interested parents, encourage renewals, and help increase participation across programs.
• Class Quality & Feedback: Observe classes, collect parent feedback, and coordinate with teachers and the team to improve the overall experience.
• Daily Operations: Assist with attendance tracking, class scheduling, make-up classes, teacher coordination, and other operational requirements.
• Reporting & Coordination: Maintain records of enquiries, enrolments, follow-ups, and parent feedback, and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
