Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and trending Instagram Reels and short-form video content for Register Karo’s social media platforms.
• Be the face of the company by appearing in videos, presenting ideas, and communicating with the audience confidently on camera.
• Research trending topics, viral formats, audio, and content ideas relevant to our industry.
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, audience behaviour, and engagement strategies.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and content ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute the social media content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on views, reach, shares, and engagement.
• Ensure content aligns with Register Karo’s brand identity, tone, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in front of the camera.
• A strong interest in content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media algorithms.
• Creativity, originality, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging video content.
• Prior experience in content creation (company, brand, or personal social media account).
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is mandatory.
• Ability to write engaging hooks and communicate ideas in a simple, relatable manner.
• Willingness to experiment with new formats, trends, and creative approaches.

Internship & PPO Opportunity

• Duration: 3 months.
• Monthly stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, based on skills and suitability.
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship.
