About the Role
PInterview is an innovative online platform dedicated to delivering high-quality interview practice and learning experiences. The PHP Developer Trainee will support the development and maintenance of PInterview’s online platform as part of a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with back-end PHP development.
- Writing clean and testable code.
- Debugging and fixing issues.
- Contributing to database integration and API development.
- Collaborating with senior developers to implement new features, improve performance, and enhance the user experience.
- Working with front-end components.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Learning best practices in software development, security, and documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development.
- Skills in Front-End Development and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel or Symfony) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL) is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
