About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Intern role at Carelynx Pvt Ltd in Vadodara. The intern will support day-to-day operations related to product workflows, documentation, and coordination across teams working on MedLinkPro.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data organization.
- Prepare reports.
- Conduct basic research on healthcare processes.
- Help with user support tasks under guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to test features, gather feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to understand healthcare workflows and digital products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and comfort with technology platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, IT, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation, health tech, or digital transformation in the medical sector.
- Willingness to learn from feedback, collaborate in diverse teams, and adhere to data privacy and security standards.
