About the Role

Cerebera® Build is seeking a Community Management Intern to help grow a community of students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and startup founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a community of aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders on campus.
• Promote Cerebera® Build through college connections, clubs, E-cells, student groups, and social media.
• Connect with students interested in startups, side hustles, and entrepreneurship.
• Introduce potential users to Cerebera® Build and demonstrate its functionality.
• Share your unique referral link or QR code to track verified installs.
• Submit weekly progress updates and participate in short check-in calls.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• College or university students aged 18 and above.
• Students interested in startups, marketing, community building, or technology.
• Good communicators who enjoy networking and connecting with people.
• Access to a campus community, college club, or student network.

• No prior experience required.

Internship Details

• Duration: 1 month
• Type: Paid internship opportunity
• Payment:
• Fixed Stipend: Rs 3,000 upon reaching 150 verified installs.
• Incentive: Rs 1,000 for every full extra 100 verified installs above 150.
• Maximum Payout: Rs 8,000 (achieved at 650 verified installs).
• Completion Requirement: A minimum of 150 verified installs within one month through your unique referral link or QR code to qualify for the internship certificate and stipend.
• Support Provided: Promotional materials, a pitch script, a demo video, and weekly guidance.
