About the Role
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form content.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor comments and messages.
- Assist with basic analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas.
- Align content with ongoing youth initiatives.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Familiarity with major platforms and basic content planning.
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including understanding audience targeting, campaign objectives, and basic performance metrics.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), video editing apps, or content scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Interest in youth-focused initiatives, social impact, and community engagement.
- Proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
