About the Role
UDAAN is seeking a passionate and driven Outreach Associate to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role focuses on reaching young girls across Telangana to identify those who can benefit from UDAAN's educational support programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with government schools, junior colleges, and educational institutions.
- Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
- Engage with students.
- Identify deserving girls for UDAAN's educational support programs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Telugu and English.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Social Work or related fields preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Telangana for field outreach.
- A genuine interest in education and empowering adolescent girls.
