About the Role
Be part of the complete analog design cycle, from circuit architecture and simulation to layout verification and documentation. Develop expertise in pre/post-layout analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, corner validation, and noise optimization for next-generation chips.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Analog blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, DACs and oscillators.
- Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations using Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre or equivalent tools.
- Conduct Monte Carlo, corner, and noise analysis to ensure robustness of circuit.
- Document design methodologies, simulation results, and verification reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of MOSFET operation, small signal modelling, biasing, feedback concepts and IC fabrication techniques.
- Experience with pre/post-layout analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, corner validation, and noise optimization.
- Knowledge on ADC, SC circuit, PLL is an advantage.
Qualifications
- B.E/ME in ECE, EE, Microelectronics, VLSI Design
