Role Details

• Engagement Type: Full-time Internship
• Location: In-office, New Delhi
• Reporting To: Lead, Founder’s Office

What The Role Involves

Over the next few months, you will be involved in:

• Clinic launches: Help launch a new clinic, from pricing to digital marketing.
• Expansion Planning: Work out the numbers behind our next expansion.
• Operations: Find and fix operational workflows to improve the patient experience.

This is not a role with fixed task lists or defined KPIs. You will need to work out what needs doing, build the process, and run it.

Who We're Looking For

• Eligibility: Penultimate or final year undergraduate student.
• Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for your work and put the mission before ego.
• Hands-on approach: You get into the details and do the work yourself.
• Comfort with ambiguity: You can move ahead when the problem is not fully defined.
• Consistency: You are ready for the rigor & consistency required to build a startup.
