About the Role
We're looking for a Community & Growth Intern to help grow the pickleball ecosystem and bring more people into the game. This is a hybrid role with a stipend of ₹8,000/month.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow our pickleball community and bring new players on board.
- Organise games, tournaments, events, and community activities.
- Connect with players and build lasting relationships within the community.
- Explore college partnerships, collaborations, and new growth opportunities.
- Come up with creative ideas to increase participation and make pickleball more accessible.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, proactive, and enjoys connecting with people.
- A self-starter who loves taking initiative and getting things done.
- Passionate about sports, community building, and grassroots growth.
- Bonus: If you already play pickleball.
