The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market encompasses Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation, including Mobility-as-a-Service. The team assists clients in navigating evolving business needs in how goods and services are bought, sold, designed, and created. AMI fosters cross-sector collaboration, resource pooling, and cohesive market responses, connecting regional sector communities with a global priority sector infrastructure.

Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction Capital Finance (TCF) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory focuses on helping clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for the future using the Capital Agenda framework. The team addresses strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges for corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions. Key areas include portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, decision support, risk/return trade-offs, financing, and capital efficiency. Offerings include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, EY Parthenon - Strategy, and EY Parthenon - Execution.
