Production Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and energetic Production Coordinator (Fresher/Intern) to join our Show Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in the VFX industry and gain hands-on experience in production coordination, outsource management, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Show Team with day-to-day production coordination and related activities.
• Support outsource coordination and follow up with external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track task progress and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain production trackers, records, and status updates.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
• Support the team in managing production schedules and other administrative activities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up and meet deadlines.

• A basic understanding of the VFX pipeline and production workflows is preferred.
