Key Responsibilities

• Support daily social media operations.
• Plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Assist with content calendars.
• Write captions.
• Source or shoot visuals.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with Naarangi’s values.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Support basic analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on digital campaigns.
• Brainstorm creative ideas.
• Help with community-building initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills for writing captions and interacting with the online community.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, conscious living, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jaipur with reliable time management.
• Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship or project experience in social media is a plus.
