About the Role
The TEST ENGINEER - Python role at Happiest Minds Technologies requires an individual with foundational experience in networking protocols and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Python scripts from scratch related to networking protocols and features.
- Utilize traffic generator tools such as Spirent, IXIA, and Trex.
- Prepare test documentation.
- Perform Test Bed creation.
- Engage in debugging and troubleshooting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge in L2 (vlan, lag).
- Knowledge in L3 (ospf, bgp).
- Knowledge in VxLAN, EVPN.
- Excellent Python programming/coding.
- Experience with PyATS framework / Robot / Pytest.
- Working knowledge in using traffic generator tools.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Test Bed creation, Debugging & troubleshooting (mandatory).
- Experience with Python, pyATS, Switching and routing, VxLAN-EVPN.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
