About the Role
- Test Engineer focused on Python for networking protocols and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Python scripts from scratch related to networking protocols and features.
- Create test beds.
- Debug and troubleshoot network issues.
- Prepare test documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge in L2 (vlan, lag), L3 (ospf, bgp), VxLAN, EVPN.
- Proficiency in Python programming/coding.
- Experience with PyATS framework, Robot, or Pytest.
- Working knowledge in using traffic generator tools like Spirent, IXIA, or Trex.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Python, pyATS, Switching and routing, VxLAN-EVPN.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
