About the Role
This is an internship position at Earthitects Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth transition of the allotted project from design conception to execution on site.
- Research and Design: Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research.
- Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.
- Working Drawings: Prepare detailed error-free working drawings as per company template and specifications.
- Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.
- Co-ordination with External Agencies: Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings.
- Perform extensive market research for new technologies and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.
- Site Visits: Visit sites to check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the schedule and to budget.
