Job Title: Sales Engineer Trainee - Electronics
About the Role
- Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio (Electronic Assembly Tools, Repair Products).
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research.
- Support senior engineers in customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and follow up with customers under guidance.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (service/logistics/finance) for smooth order processing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / Electronics) graduate.
- Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) with strong interest in technical sales and customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and test equipment preferred.
