About the Role

HubbleHut is a talent and workforce solutions company that combines AI-powered technology with human expertise. The Operations Associate role is a full-time position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and client delivery.
• Ensure workflows run smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Manage data and documentation.
• Track key metrics and support reporting.
• Assist in optimizing internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with clients and candidates, handling queries and updating systems.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled and traditional recruitment solutions.
• Support project planning.
• Assist with process improvements.
• Contribute to a consistent and high-quality service experience.

• Operations skills: workflow coordination, process adherence, and basic project support.
• Interpersonal Skills: to collaborate professionally with internal teams, clients, and candidates.
• Analytical Skills: to interpret data, track metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Communication abilities: clear and effective, both written and verbal.
• Customer Service skills: to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or ATS systems).
• Interest in AI-driven solutions.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with HR or recruitment operations is an advantage.
