About the Role
Nexinfo Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers for an Oracle Fusion Trainee position. This is a full-time, entry-level role where you will receive training in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo training in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, business processes, system configurations, and implementation methodologies.
- Work with experienced consultants to understand business requirements.
- Support application configuration.
- Perform testing.
- Prepare documentation.
- Assist with implementation and support activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Financials (Finance)
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.
- SQL, databases, or reporting tools (added advantage, not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.E., B.Tech, M.Com, MBA, CA, CPA, CMA or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of business processes, ERP systems, or enterprise applications (advantage).
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to understand business requirements and follow structured processes.
- A minimum commitment period of three (3) years is required.
Shift: CST/PST: 5 Pm to 2:30 Am / 8.30 Pm to 6 Am IST
