About the Role
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive engineering strategy and modernization across Treasury, Wholesale Banking, and Digital Services platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and solution selection.
- Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of scalable software solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy decisions, outsourcing strategies, and cloud adoption.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Lead and develop senior engineering teams, including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
