Digital Marketing Executive Intern

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing activities for IHM Connect’s ERP solutions. This on-site internship role, based in Hyderabad, involves assisting with social media campaigns, creating and updating web content, and helping monitor website and campaign performance through analytics tools. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop digital materials that communicate product value to target audiences in education and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media campaigns.
• Create and update web content.
• Help monitor website and campaign performance through analytics tools.
• Draft posts.
• Coordinate basic promotional activities.
• Collect market and competitor information.
• Prepare reports on digital engagement and reach.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
• Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end digital marketing workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Marketing knowledge, including managing posts, engagement, and basic campaign support.
• Web Content Writing ability, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and audience relevance.
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics, such as tracking traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Comfort with using common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, office productivity software, basic design tools is a plus).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing, with an interest in digital and growth-focused campaigns.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and spoken English for professional contexts.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and manage tasks with guidance and deadlines.
