The Financial Analyst – Fintech/E-commerce/Retail role is a full-time, on-site position. It involves analyzing financial data and performance metrics across retail and e-commerce operations, preparing regular financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The analyst will review financial statements, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to optimize pricing, inventory, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models.
• Support finance-related projects with data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, merchandising, and marketing.
• Monitor trends in fintech and retail.
• Help refine payment solutions and improve overall financial efficiency.
• Perform Financial Planning and budgeting activities.
• Support long-term Finance strategy.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics across retail and e-commerce operations.
• Prepare regular financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Review financial statements.
• Track key performance indicators.
• Provide insights to optimize pricing, inventory, and profitability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with BI or reporting platforms is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, build financial models, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting practices and the ability to prepare accurate periodic reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
• Understanding of fintech, e-commerce, and retail business models, preferably in fashion or consumer goods.
• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am - 8pm
