About the Role
You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team, responsible for the administration of health claims. This team is involved in core claim processing, including registering, editing, verification, evaluation, examination, and litigation of claims. You will leverage knowledge of processes and systems to receive, edit, price, adjudicate, and process payments for claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Receive detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Make decisions that impact your own work, under close supervision.
- Function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- Work in rotational shifts.
