About the Role
Holder Construction is seeking an Entry-Level Office Engineer to join their Operations team on a project site in Shippingport, PA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site trade coordination and management.
- Coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Ongoing interaction with field supervision.
- Management of cost and design issues, including change orders, RFIs, and document updates.
- Reading and understanding Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
- Performing construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
- Trade management and coordination.
- Exposure to BIM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field.
- Outstanding communication and time management skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Willingness to relocate as needed.
