About the Role

CorenestTech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our HR team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule and manage Group Discussions (GD) and interview rounds.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, or any relevant degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work from the office.
