Role Description

The Outreach & Growth Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on expanding Social Angel’s impact and community of donors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching potential partners such as hospitals, schools, NGOs, and corporate CSR teams.
• Supporting outreach campaigns to engage partners.
• Assisting in managing donor and beneficiary communication.
• Providing responsive customer support.
• Helping nurture relationships with the SocialAngel community.
• Contributing to outreach content, including emails, social media posts, and basic campaign descriptions.
• Tracking engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to support new initiatives, events, and partnerships that drive platform awareness and campaign success.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, social media platforms).
• Willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Solid Research skills.
• Community Outreach and Writing skills.
• Interest in social impact, crowdfunding, or non-profit work.
• Prior internship or project experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
